Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving sales targets in the area of responsibility.
Maintaining good relationships with customers.
Creating product demos and presentations for customers.
Assisting the Operations Department with follow ups on purchase orders from customers.
Assisting the Finance Department with follow ups on invoices and payments from customers.
Following up on contract agreements for equipment to and from customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science or related field
Minimum 1 years’ experience in Medical Sales or as a Product Specialist, preferably in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry
Homebased in Semarang
Strong technical knowledge of IVD instruments, reagents, and lab workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all customer levels
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and building long term relationships
