This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Datacomm Diangraha' as an Sales Hunter – Cloud Services. As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring the continued growth and success of the business. This full-time role is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
Identify, develop, and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Promote and sell Datacomm Cloud Services and other recurring revenue solutions to enterprise and commercial customers.
Understand customer business needs and propose suitable cloud solutions that deliver business value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution presentations and customer onboarding.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Creating new opportunities for existing customers to increase revenue through Datacomm solutions.
What we're looking for
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree of any major.
Proven experience as a Sales Hunter, with a strong ability to acquire new customers and generate new business opportunities.
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
Demonstrated experience in selling recurring revenue solutions, particularly Cloud Services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, or Managed Cloud Services).High confidence in approaching potential customers.
Strong storytelling communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Indonesian, fluent in EYD.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Familiarity with a target-oriented work model.
