Responsibilities:

• Assist members and healthcare providers with inquiries via phone.
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare benefits, claims, and services.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• At least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience is preferred.
• Healthcare account experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed.
