FOR MANDAUE CEBU
- Site supervision, monitoring and implementation;
- Over all in-charge of all site manpower;
- Trains and develop subordinates;
- Check the work in accordance with needs of quality required;
- Responsible for the coordination of works between project site and project management team with manpower , materials and equipment;
- Responsible for effective implementation of sites works/activities and site operations;
- Attend meeting with the Higher Management to discuss problems, issues daily work interfacing and quality of work for timely completion as scheduled;
- Prepare complete report that will update head office about status of issues /concerns and recommend resolution with the site team;
- Turn-over and preparation of project close out;
- Prepares and submits project operating plan and submit billing documents;
- Coordinates with other department in order to resolve concerns that may help
- Estimate and ordering of materials needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- 2-3 years of work experience in MECHANICAL WORKS (SANITARY AND WATERLINE )
- Any Gender
- With Knowledge in Engineering Planning, Designing and Auto cad
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills and good human relation skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines and commitments
- Can start ASAP
