ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hybrid field role for those who dares WIN the battle between Consultants, MK, Contractors or End Users. With autonomy & freedom to operate your own sales strategy! Those who dares embark on this quest to fulfill not only KPIs, but most importantly, the internal satisfaction of closing!
We are expanding aggressively in the Indonesian structured cabling and network infrastructure market and are looking for a high-impact ALL ROUNDER B2B/B2G Sales Executive & Business Developer champion!
This is a hybrid field role for hunters who are comfortable opening doors, building relationships, and closing project-based deals with System Integrators (SI), Consultants, ELV contractors (listrik arus lemah), ME/MEP contractors, and enterprise IT customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Hunt and develop B2B sales opportunities with SI, ELV, ME/MEP contractors, and enterprise clients
- Drive project-based sales for ELV (kabel arus lemah) which includes: Cat6/Cat6A cabling, fiber optic, etc
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions across Jabodetabek
- Prepare BOQ-based quotations, RFQ responses, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with internal technical and QA teams for TDS, CoC, Test Reports, and UL documentation
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and forecast
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimal of 3-5 years experience in a sales role relating with government/swasta projects or, sales procurement process from consultant (brand corridor), to MK, to Contractors and End Users.
- Have deep understanding of the the sales/procurement process from Consultant through to Contractors
- Familiar regarding the sales journey of how SI, ELV, ME/MEP contractors, and enterprise clients works
- Be able to bring with him/her industry connections or database.
- Available to travel and have his/her own vehicle
- Sales for CCTV applicators or security solutions also welcomed
