About the role
We are seeking a talented Recruitment & Training Assistant Manager to bridge the gap between talent acquisition and employee development. In this dual-focus role, you will lead strategies to attract top-tier professionals while designing learning programs that elevate our team's capabilities and drive overall business success.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions across the organization.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Conduct employee onboarding programmed to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture and their respective roles.
Design, develop, and deliver training and development programmed tailored to employee skill gaps and organizational objectives.
Assess training effectiveness and measure return on investment through feedback and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate recruitment and training records, including candidate databases and employee development files.
Identify training needs through performance reviews, competency assessments, and stakeholder consultations.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources functions.
Proven experience in training programmed development and delivery, preferably in a logistics or operational environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and human resources information systems (HRIS).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
