About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital advertising initiatives across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling user acquisition, improving campaign efficiency, and driving sustainable growth for our mobile gaming products.
You will have the opportunity to manage large-scale campaigns, experiment aggressively with new strategies and creatives, and directly influence the growth trajectory of our games in one of the fastest-growing gaming markets in Southeast Asia.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution experience in paid media, creative testing, and growth optimization within fast-paced digital environments.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Scaling
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
Scale user acquisition campaigns while maintaining efficient CPI, CPA, ROAS, and retention quality targets.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and monetization outcomes.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze campaign, audience, and funnel performance to improve acquisition quality and long-term user value.
Evaluate attribution data, retention metrics, and user behavior using platforms such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Prepare clear and actionable reports with insights and optimization recommendations for management.
Creative & Performance Experimentation
Design and execute structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, campaign structures, and targeting strategies.
Work closely with creative and content teams to rapidly test and iterate new ad concepts, visual hooks, messaging angles, and formats.
Identify winning creative patterns and provide data-backed feedback to improve ad performance and reduce creative fatigue.
Budget & Growth Management
Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across platforms.
Perform ongoing performance evaluations and cost-benefit analysis to scale profitable campaigns effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, platform algorithm changes, and emerging acquisition strategies.
Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, community, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or Digital Advertising.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
Proven track record in optimizing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns with measurable results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with deep understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, retargeting, and retention metrics.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar analytics tools.
Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
Experience running performance campaigns for mobile apps, gaming, or high-growth digital products is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Experience managing teams or cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with influencer, creator, or community-driven acquisition strategies.
Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets.
