Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and results-driven Call Center Agents to join our Bacolod team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions, resolving inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while meeting company performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and attendance.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and processes through ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply); college graduates are an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bacolod City.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage but not required for entry-level applicants.
