Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• With at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a service center or technical repair environment
• Strong background in inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and industrial equipment
• Experienced in handling machine diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and equipment overhauling
• Knowledgeable in both mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting procedures
• Familiar with reading and interpreting technical manuals, repair guides, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Able to perform testing and evaluation of equipment to identify operational issues and recommend corrective actions
• Experience in preparing maintenance reports, technical documentation, and preventive maintenance plans
• Capable of leading and supervising a team of service technicians and maintenance personnel
• Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail with strong visual inspection ability for detecting defects and abnormalities
• Good communication skills and able to explain technical findings or service feedback clearly
• Organized and capable of managing multiple service activities and repair schedules
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledgeable in workplace safety procedures and equipment handling standards
• Physically fit and willing to work in a service center environment
• Willing to work onsite at INGCO Service Center – #2 D. Arellano St., Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City

Job Description

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, machinery, and service units
• Conduct detailed diagnostics to identify equipment malfunctions and operational issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair activities to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency
• Oversee repair procedures including dismantling, replacement of defective parts, reassembly, and testing of equipment
• Analyze mechanical and basic electrical concerns and recommend effective technical solutions
• Interpret technical manuals, engineering diagrams, and repair specifications during maintenance procedures
• Conduct operational testing and evaluation after repair activities to verify equipment performance and safety compliance
• Supervise and guide service technicians during repair and maintenance operations
• Coordinate repair schedules, job assignments, and service priorities within the workshop or service center
• Prepare and maintain accurate service records, inspection findings, maintenance reports, and technical documentation
• Recommend improvements for maintenance procedures, equipment reliability, and workshop efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and proper use of workshop tools and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the service center area
• Provide technical feedback and updates regarding equipment condition, repair progress, and maintenance recommendations
• Perform other engineering and technical support functions assigned by management
