Franchisee Store Operations Segment
Implement and export the company’s standardized operational systems to franchise stores, covering core modules such as merchandise display standards, dynamic inventory management, store staff scheduling, customer reception workflows, and after-sales issue handling standards.
Conduct regular franchise store inspections to track operational implementation, and promptly resolve practical issues in store operations—such as inventory accumulation, low staff efficiency, and customer churn—thereby improving store operational stability and profitability.
Sales & Business Development Segment
Assist franchise stores in connecting with local downstream customers (e.g., auto repair shops, independent auto parts stores, and vehicle fleets) to expand wholesale, retail, and centralized procurement businesses, and formulate targeted sales strategies.
Explore market opportunities within the franchise stores' regions, and optimize store product category structures based on local car ownership numbers and vehicle model characteristics to help stores increase sales revenue and market share.
Campaign Planning & Execution Segment
Design customized promotional campaigns and brand promotion plans monthly, aligning with local Indonesian holidays, peak consumption seasons, and the business needs of franchise stores; clearly define campaign rules, material checklists, and execution workflows.
Track the end-to-end implementation of campaigns, supervise execution effectiveness, collect campaign data, and complete post-campaign reviews to continuously optimize future plans and ensure campaigns drive growth in store sales.
