WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Culture & Leadership

• Champion and strengthen Cooee's culture across the Iloilo office
• Coach and support team members while fostering growth and collaboration
• Build trusted relationships with local and international stakeholders

Operations & Workforce Planning

• Oversee daily office operations and facilities
• Lead workforce planning and resource allocation
• Manage onsite escalations and ensure operational excellence

Stakeholder Management

• Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with local and overseas teams to support business growth

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5–7 years of professional experience
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Experience in operations, office management, or workforce planning
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
