SEA Export / Import Operation Staff
Responsibilities:
Book, arrange, and confirm cargo space with carriers, customs, and trucking services until final delivery.
Handle and arrange all supporting documents required for export and import activities.
Actively monitor, coordinate, and communicate throughout the export/import process until completion.
Prepare invoices, handle administrative tasks, and operate in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of working experience as a SEA Export/Import Operation Staff in a freight forwarding company.
Good knowledge of export/import procedures and customs regulations.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, hardworking, communicative, and able to work well in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications.
