About the Role
Wellstate Properties is a Bali-based luxury real estate investment advisory working with international clients. We're looking for a driven, client-focused Real Estate Broker to guide international buyers through purchasing premium villas, apartments, and off-plan projects across Bali. This is a closing role: we bring you warm, qualified leads through our marketing and pre-sales team — your job is to build trust, present the right properties, and close the deal.
What You'll Do
Consult with international clients to understand their goals, budget, and preferences
Present and show properties from our portfolio of villas, apartments, and off-plan developments
Guide clients through the full buying journey — from first meeting to closing
Negotiate offers and coordinate with developers, notaries, and our legal team
Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
Keep all client and deal information accurate and up to date in our CRM
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate — or in another high-value, consultative field (luxury, investment, finance, insurance)
Strong English — B2 to C1 level; confident communicating with international clients
A natural closer: persuasive, professional, and results-driven
Self-motivated and well-organised, able to manage your own pipeline
Based in Bali (or ready to relocate) and able to work from our Canggu office
Own transport and a valid driving licence for property viewings
A Strong Advantage
Experience selling Bali property, or knowledge of the local market and leasehold / PT PMA basics
Additional languages —is a strong plus, given our international client base
An existing network of investor or high-net-worth contacts
