Sales & Retention Customer Service Representative | Work From Home (Temp) / Onsite

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions focused on sales and retention
• Promote products and services while identifying customer needs
• Retain existing customers by providing effective solutions and offers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and retention targets
• Maintain excellent customer experience and professional communication
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or K-12 Graduate
• Minimum 6 months strong sales experience in a BPO setting
• Applicants with strong non-BPO sales background (e.g., real estate, direct sales) are welcome
• Must have proven sales performance and closing skills
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Amenable to onsite setup or temporary work-from-home (depending on operations)
