*Respond to customer inquiries regarding utility services, billing, payments, rates, and account information.
*Process new service requests, service transfers, disconnections, and reconnections.
*Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
*Assist customers with payment arrangements and explain billing policies.
*Update and maintain accurate customer account information in the company's system.
*Educate customers about utility programs, conservation initiatives, and available payment assistance options.
*Coordinate with field operations regarding service orders, outages, and maintenance activities.
*Document all customer interactions accurately and completely.
*Meet established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.
Job Requirements
*At least 6 mos bpo experience
*High school graduate /K12 graduate
