RnD Supervisor- Food - Cikarang (B-133015)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is a Food Manufacture Company. Currently, they are looking for R&D Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and develop innovative food products that meet consumer preferences and market trends.

• Formulate and test new recipes, adjusting ingredients and processing techniques to improve product quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Analyze product performance and sensory attributes through rigorous testing and evaluation.

• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure successful scale-up of new products.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and formulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Support the development of product packaging and labeling to align with marketing strategies.

• Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to product formulation or processing.

• Conduct shelf-life studies and stability testing for new products.

• Coordinate with suppliers for new ingredient sourcing and evaluation.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.

• High conversational level of English.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in food product development within Japanese manufacturing companies.

• Experience handling BPOM and Halal registration.

• Strong knowledge of food processing, ingredient functionality, and product development methodologies.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
