Leader RnD

Job Descripton :

• Lead daily Research and Development (R&D) activities.

• Plan, develop, and implement new product development projects in accordance with company objectives.

• Conduct product research, formulation development, and process improvement to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

• Evaluate and improve existing products based on customer requirements, market trends, and production performance.

• Plan, execute, and monitor laboratory trials, pilot trials, and production trials.

• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports with recommendations for product and process improvements.

• Investigate technical issues related to product performance and recommend effective solutions.

• Manage R&D projects to ensure completion within the established timeline and budget.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D), preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.

• Strong knowledge of product development, formulation, raw materials, production processes, and product quality standards.

• Familiar with product trials, validation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Creative, innovative, and able to identify market trends and translate them into product development.

• Demonstrated leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
