Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and establish strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing long-term client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close strategic deals.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments to optimize business strategies.
Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or a related role.
Proven track record in achieving revenue growth and business expansion targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
Leadership experience is preferred.
