Position Overview
We are seeking three highly motivated Full-Time Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialists to support business development efforts across multiple industries in the United States. The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting activities, identifying decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.
This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, professionalism, and the ability to engage with executives and key stakeholders across a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients throughout the United States.
- Research, identify, and qualify potential leads within target industries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM and lead management tools.
- Engage decision-makers through phone, email, and other outreach channels.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales representatives and leadership teams.
- Gather and document prospect information, business needs, and opportunities.
- Follow established outreach scripts while adapting conversations to individual prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and communications.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

Candidates will conduct outreach to organizations within the following sectors:
- Property & Casualty Insurance
- Claims Departments
- Underwriting Departments
- Large Real Estate Companies and Property Developers
- Mortgage Companies
- Credit Unions
- Community Banks
- Large Retail Operations across the United States
- Hospitals and Medical Centers (as needed)
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business decision-makers.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism during cold-calling activities.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling B2B services or solutions.
- Familiarity with insurance, financial services, real estate, healthcare, or retail industries.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients and business contacts.
- Knowledge of lead qualification methodologies and sales pipeline management.
