The Administrative Assistant belonging to the Partnerships Department provides administrative and operational support to the Account Executive in managing assigned transport cooperative accounts. The role assists in the day-to-day coordination of cooperative activities, communicates with drivers, prepares deployment requirements, and ensures that operational tasks are completed efficiently to support the overall success of the cooperative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Account Executive in managing assigned cooperative accounts.
- Assist in coordinating with cooperative key stakeholders, drivers, and internal teams regarding day-to-day account activities.
- Handle driver coordination, including onboarding, deployment schedules, updates, and operational concerns.
- Prepare and ensure the availability of deployment materials, such as QR stickers and other necessary resources, before deployment.
- Ensure that deployment materials are complete, functional, and properly installed during deployment activities.
- Maintain accurate records of drivers, deployed units, and other account-related documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and other documents needed for account management.
- Follow up on requests and operational concerns to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide field support during deployments, meetings, and other cooperative activities as needed.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Account Executive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork when necessary.
