About the Role:

Overview

Oracle Fusion Report Developers to support a large-scale Finance Transformation Program involving migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

The role requires strong technical and techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly in BI reporting development, customization, and integration. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting solutions while collaborating closely with business users, functional consultants, and project stakeholders.

This position is ideal for professionals with solid experience in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, SQL development, and Oracle Fusion Financial modules who can independently manage development activities and contribute to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud BI reports and reporting solutions across Finance modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, PO, CE, and SLA.

• Develop medium to complex custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.

• Create and manage BI triggers, bursting solutions, BI web services, and custom payment templates using XSL/XML.

• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical designs and reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with clients, business users, and project teams to understand reporting and system requirements.

• Configure and customize Oracle Finance Cloud solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.

• Perform unit testing, support system integration testing (SIT), and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Support production deployment, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in production environments.

• Optimize report performance through testing, tuning, and diagnostics.

• Lead BI reporting development activities and ensure timely project delivery.

• Conduct key user training sessions and provide knowledge transfer when required.

• Stay updated with Oracle Fusion Cloud features, technical advancements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing (PO), Cash Management (CE), Fixed Assets (FA), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

• Hands-on expertise in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and custom BI report development.

• Strong SQL development skills for Oracle environments.

• Experience with BI triggers, bursting, BI web services, and report customization.

• Experience in designing and developing medium to complex reporting solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Expertise in creating custom XSL/XML templates for outbound payment processes.

• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financial business processes and accounting fundamentals.

• Experience in report performance tuning, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to convert functional and business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience supporting full project lifecycle activities including build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently or within a team environment.

• Experience in developing custom technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent integration technologies.

• Exposure to Oracle SCM modules.

• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementation or Finance Transformation programs.

• Previous experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects is an advantage.
