JOB SUMMARY
Structural Supervisor is responsible for creating and implementing of the approved project execution plan, responsible for supervision of all sub-contractors, staffs and admin workers in terms of deployment, task delegation, work sequence and development.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the development of plans and strategies prior to mobilization and execution on site.
- Responsible for the daily supervision and monitoring of the execution of the structural, architectural and MEPF operations on the project site in accordance to the approved schedule, sequence and construction methodology.
- Responsible for supervision, deployment and delegation of activities of the structural, architectural and MEPF engineers/architects.
- Responsible in project cost monitoring and expenses.
- Computes accurately the project accomplishment and monitors schedule regularly.
- Reports the daily, weekly, & monthly monitoring of site progress, manpower and concerns.
- Responsible for the supervision, deployment and delegation of project closeout activities to all staff prior to handover of project.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
- Civil Engineering graduate
- Licensed Engineer
2. Experience
- At least 3-5 years' experience w/ the position
- Willing to be assigned to Baquid Coron Palawan
3. Technical Competencies ("Know-how")
- Knows how to operate Autocad software
- Excel, Power point and Document
- With knowledge or background in any scheduling software
- Background in surveying or basic lay-out
- Know how to do estimate specially in CSA works
4. Behavioral Competencies ("Traits")
- Good Leadership skills
- Good Communicator
- Good in problem solving making sound solutions and action plan
- Shows empathy without neglecting his/her responsibilities in the company.
