Senior Assistant Vice President SAVP Human Resources Business Partner in Bataan upto 400k
Position Summary
The SAVP, HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The role leads talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, culture-building initiatives, and HR transformation programs while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
- MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 10 years in HR leadership roles.
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Drive employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and culture initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, labor compliance, and HR governance.
- Lead organizational change, business integrations, and HR transformation projects.
- Manage, coach, and develop the HRBP team to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Oversee HR budgets, policies, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
