Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, textile engineering, or related field.
Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fabric manufacturing, preferably in woven, knitted, or polyester fabrics, with exposure to export markets.
Proven track record managing key accounts with revenue around ± USD 600K/month.
Experience in handling international clients (Europe, Asia, Australia) is highly preferred.
Target-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities within the fabric industry, focusing on woven, knitted, and polyester fabrics for export markets.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including client visits, proposal preparation, and follow-up activities.
Achieve sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth across assigned territories.
Maintain customer relationships through active engagement, ensuring high standards of service and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate internally with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Monitor industry trends, emerging textile innovations, and market developments to anticipate customer needs and align product offerings.
