Description
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas of the facility.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent customer service skills and physical stamina.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Working Conditions: May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
