Villa Manager in Ubud

Location: Pejeng Kangin, Gianyar, Bali

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private luxury villa in Pejeng Kangin, Gianyar. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hospitality-driven, and capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing staff and property operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day villa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

• Supervise and coordinate villa staff (housekeeping,freelance maintenance, etc.)

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and personalized service requests

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and inventory management

• Manage budgets, expenses, and basic financial reporting

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers

• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with property management systems is an advantage

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate
