Monthly Salary: ?18,000 – ?19,000

Operating Hours: Night Shift (US Account)

The Mission

Be the voice that guides individuals toward healing and wellness. In this role, you will manage vital communications for a premier Behavioral Healthcare Account. You will assist patients, mental health professionals, and medical institutions with inquiries regarding therapy benefits, program eligibility, and healthcare coordination.

This isn't just a data entry or typical customer service role; it is an opportunity to provide clarity, reassurance, and critical administrative support to individuals navigating their mental health journeys.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for clear communicators who bring a balance of focus and empathy to the workspace.

Technical & Educational Criteria:

Option A: University/College Graduate (Any discipline). No prior work experience required—we provide full, paid training!

Option B: Undergraduate (Completed at least 2 years of college). Must possess a minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience (BPO or non-BPO).

Essential Strengths:

Conversational fluency and strong comprehension skills in English.

Active listening skills paired with a professional, respectful phone etiquette.

Ability to handle confidential patient details with extreme care (HIPAA guidelines).

Absolute readiness to work onsite in Bridgetowne, QC, on a fixed or rotating night shift.
