Role Overview:

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and support tickets related to tracking, delivery updates, and other logistics inquiries. 

Accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail are key, as you’ll report any exceptions directly to the higher department . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and want to develop your communication skills, we’d like to have you on the team.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries via calls and support tickets.
  • Use the company’s knowledge base and internal resources to provide accurate, timely responses to product or service-related questions.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in every customer interaction.
  • Log and document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure traceability and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure fast and efficient resolution of customer issues.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • With or without experience
  • Open to Senior High School graduates or College undergraduates
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent comprehension and active listening skills
  • A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes


Work Schedule & Location:

  • Onsite at 1Nito Tower, Cebu City
  • Night shift, with openness to a shifting schedule
  • Immediate availability preferred
