E-Commerce & Growth Specialist
Requierements:
- Male or Female, 25–35 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, and website management in the fashion or beauty industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Proven experience in driving growth through traffic acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and revenue improvement (planning and executing)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Familiar with SEO, website merchandising, and e-commerce best practices.
- Hands-on experience managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
- Experienced in planning, executing, and optimizing marketplace campaigns.
- Results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with data and KPIs.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Target-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Warehouse teams.
Responsibilities :
Marketplace Management & Optimization
- Operations & SLA: Oversee day-to-day operations on regional marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), ensuring store health metrics (ratings, chat response, SLA, and fulfillment) remain excellent.
- Catalog & SEO: Optimize product listings with accurate details, high-quality visuals, metadata, and SEO-friendly descriptions to maximize organic visibility.
- Campaign Planning: Build and maintain marketing calendars, coordinate promotional events (twin date, payday, etc), and execute new product launches across all platforms.
Paid Ads, Traffic Generation & Campaign Execution
- Multi-Channel Ads Management: Planning, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across both marketplace internal ads (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Marketing Solutions)
- ROAS & Budget Control: Allocate ad spend efficiently across platforms to meet and exceed Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets while scaling traffic to the website.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with inventory, fulfillment, customer service, and the creative/design team to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience and asset readiness.
Website Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, user experience, product catalogue, update, and checkout flow of the brand's own website to optimize conversion rate.
- Retention and loyalty program: Implement CRM or loyalty initiatives on owned channels to increase Lifetime Value.
