About the role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Personal Assistant & Translator to join our team on a full-time basis in Surabaya, East Java. This is a pivotal role that combines administrative expertise with professional translation capabilities, providing essential support to our Owner from Taiwan. You will be the organised calendars, correspondence and translation communication both written and verbal. This position will be communication between team and the Owner.
Key responsibilities
Manage calendars & schedule meetings Online or Offline.
Attend meetings and interpret or provide translation support as needed to facilitate clear communication to the team and make Minutes Of Meeting.
Translate business communications, documents and reports between English and Indonesian.
Coordinate with internal team and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and information flow.
Ensure all translations maintain accuracy, tone and cultural sensitivity appropriate to business contexts
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role within a professional business environment
Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Professional translation experience in a business context
Excellent organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems and other standard office software
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive information and documents
Professional discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
