Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably steel or metal manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives.
Proficient in SAP.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Job Description
Manage the procurement of raw materials to support production requirements.
Source, negotiate, and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery.
Create and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) using SAP.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with PPIC, Production, Warehouse, and Finance regarding material requirements.
Prepare procurement reports and lead the procurement team to achieve departmental targets.
