Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Bund House - Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant in Jakarta Selatan, SCBD.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming all visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner

2. Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members

3. Managing the reception area and ensuring it is neat, tidy and well-stocked at all times

4. Providing general administrative support as required

5. Maintaining the visitor sign-in/sign-out log

6. Any other duties as requested by the management team

Requirement :

1. Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry

2. Must be able to Speak English

3. Ables to speak in Mandarin will be prioritized

4. Well groomed with proportional height and weight

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people

6. Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for providing an outstanding guest experience

7. Proficient in using standard office equipment and software applications, such as Microsoft Office

8. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

9. A positive, professional and team-oriented attitude

10. Able to work immediately
