Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
Receive and assist building visitors, tenants, and guests at the reception area in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure all walk-in guests and visitors are attended to efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.
Handle and follow up on tenant complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and packages, ensuring accurate logging and distribution.
Provide general information and assistance to tenants and guests regarding building facilities and services.
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it always represents a professional image of the company.
Record and prepare daily reports on visitor logs, tenant requests, and customer feedback.
Support administrative tasks and coordination with related departments (Security, Housekeeping, and Engineering) to ensure smooth building operations.
Consistently ensure tenant and customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service at all times.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma degree (D3), preferably in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Communication, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of experience as Receptionist, Customer Service, or in the hospitality industry.
Good command of written and spoken English; an additional language is a plus.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and related software.
Professional appearance, pleasant personality, and excellent customer service attitude.
Strong initiative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work in shift schedules, including weekends or public holidays when required.
