Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Receive and assist building visitors, tenants, and guests at the reception area in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Ensure all walk-in guests and visitors are attended to efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.

  • Handle and follow up on tenant complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and packages, ensuring accurate logging and distribution.

  • Provide general information and assistance to tenants and guests regarding building facilities and services.

  • Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it always represents a professional image of the company.

  • Record and prepare daily reports on visitor logs, tenant requests, and customer feedback.

  • Support administrative tasks and coordination with related departments (Security, Housekeeping, and Engineering) to ensure smooth building operations.

  • Consistently ensure tenant and customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3), preferably in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Communication, or a related discipline.

  • At least 1 year of experience as Receptionist, Customer Service, or in the hospitality industry.

  • Good command of written and spoken English; an additional language is a plus.

  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and related software.

  • Professional appearance, pleasant personality, and excellent customer service attitude.

  • Strong initiative, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to work in shift schedules, including weekends or public holidays when required.
