Requirement:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Industrial Engineering (IE) or Business Process Flow.
Certification: Must hold a minimum of a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Industry Background: Solid background in the Dairy Industry or FMCG Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of End-to-End Production, Project Management, Quality Management, and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
Soft Skills & Tools: Excellent presentation & reporting skills, professional English proficiency (oral & written), adept in SAP System, Data Analysis, and Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Tools.
Responsibilities:
Leading Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement programs driven by operational meetings, problem-solving groups, and KPI Analytics.
Production Optimization: Facilitate and drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and quantity of production output.
Performance & Efficiency: Ensure manufacturing lines consistently meet their Line Performance & Line Efficiency targets.
Manufacturing Performance Reporting: Oversee and guarantee the accurate compilation and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual KPI reports.
Cost-Saving Analysis: Periodically analyze the potential value, financial impact, and feasibility of Plant Cost-Saving Projects (Project Hemat).
