We're looking for compassionate, empathetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Behavioral Health Service Representative. In this role, you'll assist members with behavioral and mental health-related inquiries, provide information about available services and benefits, and deliver exceptional customer support while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.


What You'll Do

  • Respond to behavioral health-related inquiries through phone, chat, or email.
  • Assist members with benefit verification, eligibility, authorizations, claims, and provider information.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding behavioral health programs and services.
  • Address customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system while ensuring compliance with privacy and company policies.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

  • College graduate (any course)with or without work or BPO experience.
  • College undergraduate who has completed at least 2 years of college with a minimum of 6 months of BPO, customer service, or related work experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Willing to work onsite or in a hybrid work setup, depending on business needs.
