Retail Marketing & Tenant Relations Senior Staff/Assistant Manager
Location: Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
Employment Type: Contract Employee
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and relationship-oriented Retail Marketing & Tenant Relations Staff to support the growth and vibrancy of our retail property.
This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives, coordinating promotional activities and events, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants to enhance customer experience and maximize retail performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote the retail property and increase foot traffic.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, and seasonal activities.
- Create and manage marketing materials, digital content, and promotional communications across various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful execution of promotional activities.
- Monitor tenant satisfaction and provide timely support in addressing operational or promotional concerns.
- Track marketing performance, promotional effectiveness, and tenant engagement, and prepare periodic reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail marketing, shopping mall management, commercial property management, tenant relations, or event management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when supporting events or promotional activities.
