Golang Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Golang

• Support implementation and ensure the stability of code repositories and deployment pipelines

• Design and build scalable microservices architectures, ensuring efficient service communication

• Manage multiple projects while adhering to design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints

• Implement feedback, improvements, and system enhancements proactively

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs aligned with enterprise standards

• Utilize tools like Kafka for distributed messaging and Redis for caching and performance optimization

• Ensure system reliability through logging, monitoring, and tracking (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments

• Create clear technical documentation and system visualizations to communicate project architecture and flow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field

• Proven proficiency in Go programming

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Golang developer

• Experience implementing Apache Kafka in distributed systems

• Experience using Redis for caching and performance optimization

• Proficient in developing and integrating RESTful APIs according to enterprise standards

• Understands and is able to implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Strong understanding of ORM, database optimization, indexing, and transaction management

• Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and tracking systems (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools)

• Familiar with working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Able to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment and oriented toward quality
