Mid Back End Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and talented Backend Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs that support business-critical applications.

You will work closely with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through monitoring and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Backend Development.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Java, Golang, Node.js, Python, PHP, or C#.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
