Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (Degree can be considered, but experience is a must)

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.

• Have an intermediate-to-advanced level of English and be able to communicate well.

• Min 1-2 years of experience in sales/business data analysis, preferably in Ecommerce, retail, FMCG, or product related environments.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools

• Proficiency in Generative AI and Phyton (will be an added value)

Requirements

• Monitor and analyze brand performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.

• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for accurate and timely business monitoring.

• Provide clear insights to support brand level action plans.

• Conduct product lifecycle analysis and competitor benchmarking to guide product development decisions, including new product opportunities or improvements.

• Conduct market research using internal and external data to evaluate trends, customer demand, and category dynamics.

• Support company strategic initiatives through data modeling, forecasting, and performance evaluation across campaigns and projects.

• Deliver easy to understand visualizations and recommendations to help stakeholders make faster, more informed decisions.

• Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and reporting efficiency through system improvements and automation.
