Sales Development Executive - West Java Area

We are pleased to inform that Happy Pet Indonesia is opening for those who would like to join the team as Sales Development Executive - West Java Area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• VET background is preferred

• FMCG Background are welcome to apply

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales in the same industry (pet food), retail, or FMCG

• Sales-oriented and target-driven

• Must have own vehicle

• Has good networking and channel for Pet Shop, Pet Clinic at West Java Area, preferable around Bandung Area.

• Willing to be placed at West Java, Bandung.

• Preferable candidate who domicile at Bandung

• Able to join immediately
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute mapping area plan by looking for new open account

• Maintain and develop the existing account

• Recommend a new listing area to be discuss with Regional Sales Manager

• Suggesting an innovative idea for product growth based on market needs.

• Monitoring the condition of each account and plan the necessary strategy based on discussion with Regional Sales Manager

• Perform necessary action in order to achieve target given according to current strategy that has been decided by Regional Sales Manager

• Giving analysis the field condition to Regional Sales Manager in order to have a better understanding about the market

• Conduct daily visit to existing account

• Proposed initiative of event activation program based on their needs to supervisor to help the existing account

• Obtain an appointment of new prospecting account
