SALES ENGINEER FOR POWER RENTAL SERVICES

PT UnityOne Power Engineering Services (UPES) has an exciting role for Sales Engineer to develop new market of our power rental services like Generators, Loadbanks, Transformer, DB board etc in Indonesia.We offer competitive pay. Roles & Responsibility:

• Develop new markets in mining, Oil & Gas onshore & offshore, construction, and manufacturing segments for our Power Rental Services.

• Generate business opportunities/ projects in Power Rental Services in above-mentioned segment (Power Rental Genset, Compressor, Transformer & Loadbank).

• Build and manage good relationships with targeted customer segments.

• Retrieve insight feedback from customers and react to secure orders and provide satisfactory services.

• Work with commercial, SCM, Fleet & Project Management, Engineering and Technical Support, Finance, to ensure that all the bid process/activities are performed timely;

• Work with operational leaders to resolve customer requirement and customer complaints.

• Any and all duties assigned.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Diploma Degree, Engineering background (Electrical/Mechanical) is preferred.

• Ideal candidates will have 1 - 2 years of experience in Diesel Genset or rental business

• Able to speak English

• 2+ years of successful sales management with a big team, power/infrastructure/mining field is a plus

• Able to work under pressure & self-motivated.

• Proven planning, Problem-solving, Negotiation Skills, Presentation skills, and Influencing Skills.

• Ability to manage time and multi-task with little to no supervision.

• Willing to work in Cikarang.
