Job Description:
- Communicating with customers through social media, phone calls and emails to promote the services offered by AutoDrift.
- Following up with customers, establish good customer-client relationships and increase likelihood of sales.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, products launches, and dealership activities.
- Maintain and keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Develop Social Media Strategies and establish Online presence and engagement.
- Maintain and update the dealership's social media profiles with relevant and engaging content.
- Create or edit posters, videos and banners for social media content and advertisement
- Mange inquiries and customer concerns
- Assist in tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Report day to day sales activities and productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably residing in Bacoor Cavite
- Proven experience in enhancing brand visibility and driving sales through effective social media advertising.
- Video editing for TikTok, Facebook, and social media
- Create short vlog videos (Reels / TikTok style) and Posters
- Upload and organize social media content
- Knowledgeable in cars
- Car enthusiast is a plus
- With experience in Marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate
