FMC Research Solutions is seeking an experienced Software Development Tech Lead to lead software development initiatives, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and software development efforts.
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications and APIs.
- Guide Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines.
- Mentor and support software engineers to foster growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5 years in a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Development Lead role
- Strong expertise in Python, React, and enterprise application architecture
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and cloud-native solutions
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases and modern software engineering practices
- Proven success leading technical teams and complex software projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
