Description
- Provide technical support to clients and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and printers.
- Assist in the setup and management of user accounts and permissions.
- Document and track support requests and solutions for future reference.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
