Automotive Sales Agent

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Agent for Xiaomi Auto to join our growing automotive sales team. As a representative of one of the most innovative and technology-driven automotive brands, you will play a key role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and educating customers about Xiaomi’s electric vehicle lineup.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Xiaomi electric vehicles to prospective customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and feature explanations.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Understand customer needs to recommend suitable Xiaomi vehicle models and accessories.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Xiaomi car specifications, features, pricing, and promotions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the full sales process, including negotiation, documentation, and delivery coordination.
• Attend sales events, exhibitions, and brand marketing activities.
• Provide feedback from customers to the sales manager to improve service and product strategies.
• Ensure the showroom or sales area is always presentable and aligned with Xiaomi brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in automotive sales or high-end technology product sales (EV experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for technology, electric vehicles, and innovation.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
