Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and closing deals on Astra Multimarket Corporation’s trucks, heavy equipment, and cranes. This role drives business growth by identifying prospective clients, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products, including trucks, heavy equipment, and cranes, to corporate and individual clients
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and demonstrations to clients
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in coordination with management
- Collaborate with the Service, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Monitor post-sale performance and maintain regular follow-ups to secure repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports to management regularly
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred) or at least 2 year course college graduate.
- With sales experience, preferably in automotive, trucks, heavy equipment, or machinery sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to travel for client visits, product demonstrations, and events
- Willing to do field work
