What You Will Accomplish

• Deliver Impactful Learning: Lead interactive English classes tailored for younger learners. You will focus on building confidence through phonics, play-based learning, and practical communication.

• Inspire & Mentor: Act as a mentor to students, helping them navigate their language learning journey and personal growth from their very first words.

• Creative Freedom: Move beyond the textbook. Use multimedia, storytelling, puppetry, song, and movement to make English come alive for curious young minds.

• Collaborate: Work with our academic team to brainstorm new ways to engage the modern student, from Kindergarten through Primary levels.

We Are Looking For

• The "Native-Level" Speaker: You understand idiom, nuance, tone, and humor.

• The Early Childhood Enthusiast: You have a natural affinity for children. You are patient, high-energy, and understand that for a 6-year-old, "fun" is the best way to learn.

• The Communicator: You are comfortable speaking to a crowd. You might have a background in Public Speaking, Performing Arts, Communications, or Psychology.

• The Lifelong Learner: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field. While Education degrees are great, we value diverse perspectives from Business, Arts, Science, or Humanities.

• The Adaptable Mind: You are open to feedback, willing to learn our teaching methodologies, and tech-savvy enough to use digital tools in the classroom.
