Qualifications
- College Graduate with or without work experience
- Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months of customer service or related work experience
- Above-average English communication skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good comprehension skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work onsite, including weekends and holidays
