Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth, student acquisition, and revenue objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to maximize qualified leads and ROI.
• Support the Sales team by generating sufficient qualified registrations and participants for sales-led activities, including school visits, webinars, education expos, open houses, and other recruitment events, through paid advertising and organic marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute marketing-led campaigns and events that increase brand awareness, generate new leads, and strengthen the company's market presence.
• Develop and oversee the company's content marketing strategy, ensuring consistent and engaging content across social media, website, email, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Partnership teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that contribute to enrollment targets.
• Manage the marketing budget, track campaign KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Proven ability to achieve targets related to growth, engagement, and lead generation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative, up-to-date with digital trends, and highly proactive.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
