Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee overall Finance & Accounting Division activities, including accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning, budget control, collection, billing & settlement, and profitability analysis.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, accounting closing, management reporting, and statutory reporting in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Monitor and control tax compliance activities, including VAT, W/H Tax, CIT, tax reporting, tax audit, and coordination with tax authorities or tax consultants.
Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, borrowing facilities, payment process, and bank reconciliation to support company liquidity and operational continuity.
Oversee account receivable, collection performance, credit risk exposure, billing, settlement, and dealer/customer payment accuracy.
Ensure proper control of inventory, fixed assets, capital expenditure, trade payables, cost management, accrual, and related financial accounts.
Lead financial planning, budget control, ratio analysis, profitability analysis, and plan versus actual review to support management decision-making.
Strengthen internal control, compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation across Finance & Accounting processes.
Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support business performance, cost efficiency, profitability, and company growth.
Lead, develop, and manage Finance & Accounting team performance, capability, and work effectiveness.
Job Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or related field. Master’s Degree is preferred.
Minimum 10–12 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Financial Planning, or related functions.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in managerial level or leading multi-function finance teams.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting closing, tax compliance, treasury, cash flow management, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, audit process, internal control, and corporate governance.
Experience in automotive, manufacturing, distribution, trading, or sales company with dealer/customer network is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
High integrity, detail-oriented, compliance-minded, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/accounting system, and financial reporting tools.
Finance/tax certification such as Brevet A/B/C, CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (fluent) & English (active — for principal / HQ reporting).
